We only add a fuel surcharge when diesel exceeds $4.00 per gallon. The surcharge is calculated per day, based on the 100 gallons of diesel a full day of mulching burns:
Surcharge = (diesel price − $4.00) × 100 gallons
Example: diesel at $4.50/gallon → ($4.50 − $4.00) × 100 = $50 per day. Your day rate would be $1,900 instead of $1,850.

We're based in Chico, Texas and can service any area. Jobs within 50 miles of Chico include travel at no extra cost. Beyond 50 miles, we charge for commute time and overnight accommodations when the job requires them — we'll spell that out clearly before you book.
